Are these real glass neon or LED neon?

Every sign is modern LED neon flex. It gives you the same warm, even glow as classic glass tube neon but runs cooler, uses far less energy, and ships far more durable for a busy parlor or dessert bar.

Can I customize the text, size, and colors?

Yes. This is a text design studio, so you choose the wording, dimensions, and neon color. Send us your parlor, gelato shop, or dessert bar name and we mock it up before building. Note we design text-based signs and do not upload outside logos or artwork.

What size sign should I order for my shop?

For an accent above the counter or freezer case, 24 to 32 inches wide works well. For a storefront window meant to catch street traffic, most parlors and gelato shops go 40 inches or wider. Share your wall and we will recommend a size.

How long does it take to get my sign?

Each ice cream neon sign is made to order and ships in about 7 to 10 business days after you approve the digital mockup. Every sign includes a dimmer, mounting hardware, and a clear power setup.
