Questions Beverage Teams Ask Before OrderingQuestions Beverage Teams Ask

Choose a question to expand the answer. Browse design, brand approvals, wholesale and delivery details.Select a question for the details.

01Can NSD recreate our exact beverage logo?

Provide brand-approved vector artwork and the intended sign size. NSD reviews how the logo can be translated into an illuminated sign; any construction changes should be resolved in the design approval before production.

02Will the illuminated colors match our brand guide?

An on-screen mockup is a design reference, not a guarantee of finished illuminated color. Share your beverage brand guide and confirm the available illuminated material options and any physical sample process needed for color-critical work.

03Can we review a sample before a rollout?

Ask the team about a physical sample or first-unit review when requesting a rollout quote. Confirm the sample scope, cost and approval steps for your project before committing to the full order.

04Can we order only one sign?

Yes. Use the custom quote route for an individual sign or a smaller project. Include your artwork, dimensions, placement and delivery location so the team can prepare a project-specific design and quotation.

05What qualifies for wholesale pricing?

Wholesale starts at 25 units of the same design. Disclose changes in artwork, dimensions or specifications, along with the quantities and destinations, so the team can confirm the appropriate quotation.

06How should we prepare our artwork?

Supply the brand-approved vector logo when available, plus the brand color reference, intended dimensions and installation context. Identify the artwork version and the person responsible for final design approval.

07Can signs be used outdoors?

Outdoor suitability depends on the exact sign, power components, environmental rating and installation conditions. Describe the proposed location and exposure in your quote request; do not assume an indoor sign is suitable outdoors.

08Can you ship to different retailers or venues?

Include every proposed destination, quantity and required delivery date in the quote request. Ask the team to confirm the delivery arrangement and any destination-specific requirements before approving the order.

09Do you support beverage agencies and distributors?

Include the brand, agency or distributor contact responsible for the project, the artwork approval owner, quantities and venue requirements. The wholesale route is intended for coordinated orders of 25 or more matching signs.

10What if we need more than one version of a logo?

List each artwork version and its quantity separately. Do not assume different logos, sizes or specifications count as one matching design; have the team confirm the scope and pricing in the quotation.

11How far ahead should we plan for a launch?

Share the required guest-ready date as early as possible. Obtain a project-specific schedule covering artwork approval, agreed payment terms, production, delivery and venue setup, with time for inspection and any installation arrangements.

12When does production actually begin?

Confirm the final design and quotation with the team, and satisfy the required approval and agreed payment terms. Production timing should be confirmed for the approved project rather than assumed from the initial enquiry.

Need help with a complex installation or rollout? Include your questions in the quote request.
